Brief:
Analyse a organisation that is in need of a new service to engage their audience.
Problem:
Commercialisation of football around the world has led to football clubs losing focus on their local fan base. This has led to decreased loyalty, protests and even riots.
Solution:
I created an exclusive membership club that can’t be bought into, but instead fans who has been members of the club for a certain amount of years and has a local address will be invited to join without cost.
