Brief:
Find a solution for food waste.

Problem:
A lot of food gets wasted because it goes unused past its expiry date. Research showed that people want to plan their meals and cook it at home so my problem statement for this project was “How might we help people to follow through on their wishes to plan shopping and cooking?”.

Solution:
I designed an app based on the wiki-concept, where the users share recipes and meal plans. It helps people find recipes that match their cooking skill, culture and diet, so they can buy just the groceries needed and make sure it all gets used before they expire.
